Slow cooked meat is the only way o eat it when you have gut issues, and let’s be frank here – most people have, whether they like to admit it or not. Not only does slow cooking make the meat more digestable, but it extracts any residual nutrition into the sauce. Once you understand the benefits of slow cooked meat, you will not want to eat flash cooked again.
